International Workshop "Experimental Advances in the Use of Pressure and Strain to Probe and Control Quantum Matter" PSQM-2022

After consultations with the PSQM community as well as careful consideration of the COVID-19 situation and the promising news that a vaccine will be widely available during  2021, we decided to shift this PSQM Workshop by a year. Thus, we currently plan to have the PSQM Workshop in person in Ames, Iowa on May 11-13, 2022.

The aim of this workshop is to bring together experimentalists from across the globe to discuss the recent progress in the use of pressure and strain to probe and control quantum materials. Topics will include the effects of pressure and strain on superconductivity, magnetism, structure, nematicity and related phenomena in a broad range of materials.
